Our discovery + strategy service is different from others in the market because of its comprehensive workshop format that pairs individual experts at Growth (in their area of expertise) with each of the 6 workshops in the program.
Each team member at Growth takes a deep dive into every aspect of your business, from sales and marketing to website design and revenue generation.
And by the end of the program, we’ll provide you with a clear understanding of your current operations and a roadmap for sustainable growth to take with you on your journey—knowing, too, that we’re always here for support.
Our 6-week program involves information-gathering workshops led by our expert team members, each with their own area of expertise.
You’ll walk away with a clear plan for growth.
And you will have met the Growth experts (who are some of the best humans you’ll ever run across + highly-respected people in their fields).
Let’s go into how Disco + Strategy is done at Growth, week by week.
Week 1: Kickoff and Introductions
The first week is all about getting to know you and your business.
We'll start immediately by developing two buyer personas to help us (and you) better understand your target market.
When we ask you who your “North Star” clients are, come prepared to talk about the big dreams you have for your business.
It’s our job to help you catch that star.
We'll also ask questions about the specific products and services you're currently selling and set the foundation for the rest of the program.
Week 2: Sales Operations Workshop with Katrina
In week two, Growth Operations Director, Katrina, will work with you to:
- define your sales process
- conduct a competitor analysis
- a SWOT analysis
- digital marketing analysis
- positioning analysis, and more.
This will help us identify opportunities for improvement and better understand your competitive landscape.
We'll also develop a map of your customer's journey to understand how they interact with your business.
Week 3: Marketing Operations Workshop with Jayme
Our team, led by Growth’s Marketing Director, Jayme, will work with you to define your marketing process and create a current customer journey map.
We'll also conduct an SEO audit (and report our findings).
Come ready to provide us with some favorite customers whom we can interview to better understand the specific ways in which you’re attracting and delighting your best-fit customer (so we can help you get more just like them).
We’ll look carefully at your target market and identify opportunities for improvement during this workshop.
Week 4: Website Operations Workshop with Sarah
Growth’s Director of Brands, Sarah, will conduct a website UX review and user journey analysis to understand how users interact with your website and identify opportunities to improve your customer’s experience there to improve sales.
Week 5: Revenue Operations Workshop with Jesse
In week 5, we'll focus on your revenue operations (RevOps).
Growth’s ABM/RevOps Specialist, Jesse, will:
- review your sales process
- define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- conduct a software review
His software review will identify opportunities for software tools, specifically:
- optimization
- upgrades
- recommendations for other tools that might help your business grow smarter.
Week 6: Growth Operations Workshop with Chris
In the final week of our program, we'll review all of the findings and deliverables from the previous workshops and develop a 12-month growth roadmap.
Growth’s Founder, Chris, will work with you to discuss the next steps and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
At the end of the program, you'll receive:
- A discovery presentation that outlines our findings and recommendations for each section of your business.
- Data documents to back up competitor analysis and SEO findings and recommendations.
- Specific recommendations to improve across departments.
- 6 meetings with our growth team members.
- A fractional CRO review and knowledge of how to proceed.
